James Clifton.

CEO

James is a people person. And as one of our Founding Fathers, clearly a dog person too. James has worked for some of the biggest and best Agencies on some of the biggest and best Clients – both in the UK and Internationally. He loves his football and is also a dab hand at karaoke. Even better than Greig apparently.

Dylan Bogg.

CCO

Dylan showed such promise as a basketball player, it was only natural he disappointed his mum and came into the world of advertising. A Founding Father and Creative Chief, Dylan has an eye on all creative work leaving any of our offices. However, his mother still tells the neighbours he's a basketball player.

Dawn Marrs.

Managing Director
(London and Norwich)

Dawn has the tough job of being responsible for keeping us responsible. With 20 years’ agency experience, built on roles at Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand, The Marketing Store in London and Cheil Worldwide. Somehow she managed to fit in doing all of this alongside becoming a champion ballroom dancer. Brava!

Ross Faulkner.

Ross joined us from ITV where he was head of strategy for the Creative Works commercial team. He has over 15 years’ experience spanning research, insight and planning and has held senior positions with Coca-Cola, OMD and Naked. The brand, that is. He was fully clothed the whole time.

Cordell Burke.

Creative Managing Partner

Cordell started his very first job making tea and making ads as a Junior Art Director at Braley Cowan. And he's worked in advertising ever since. Picking up a host of awards and  featuring several times in Campaign's Top 10 DM Creative Directors. He likes his white with one sugar by the way.
