Already an AD with 1-2 years of agency experience at this level.
Integrated campaign experience (on & offline channels)
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing communications and the creative process
- Experience and proven track record of managing projects in a creative or advertising agency
- Management of line reports i.e. Account Managers
- Ability to challenge the client, manage internal issues and difficult/problematic situations to facilitate delivery of work
- Strong time management and organisational abilities, balancing multiple projects and clients at any one time whilst staying cool-headed and professional
- Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with clients at varying levels of seniority
- Great financial control and awareness (experience of forecasting, invoicing and maintaining tight management of ongoing project budgets)
